Spring Knolls Community Overview
Spring Knolls consists of 220 single family homes and is located in the heart of Old Bridge. We are easily accessible by route 9 and Route 18, and located within minutes of the NJ Turnpike and Garden State Parkway.
Our property management company is Executive Property Management, and our representative is Wendy Rosen. She can be reached at 732- 821-3224.
Trash Removal and Recycling
Garbage is picked up on Mondays and Thursdays. If a Holiday falls on these days then there will be no pickup until the next scheduled service day.
Recycling is picked up every other week on Tuesday. Please use the designated blue recycling containers provide by the township.
Pet Policy
Pets are to be on a leash at all times, curbed, and cleaned- up. Please remember that no pets are to be walked on the common areas of our community. Pet feces pose a serious health hazard for all our residents, particularly our children.
Parking Etiquette
Please instruct guests and members of your household to not park in fire lanes, at the entries or curves of the cul-de-sacs. Due to the amount of cars in the community we ask that you fully utilize your garage and driveway, so that visitor parking spaces would be available at the center of each cul-de-sac. Street parking is prohibited so that emergency vehicles can obtain access when necessary.
In case of impending snow storms, please make every effort to move cars out of the cul-de-sac spots so that the plows can clear those areas in addition to the streets.
Outdoor Improvements
Please note that per the governing documents of the community, nothing is to be added to the outside without written approval of the Association, i.e. fences, sheds, roofs, change of color of homes, pools, etc. Contact the management office for forms and details. You may also download them from this website under the documents tab.
